Me - with help from colleagues
Although the business refers to 'us' it's just me fulltime. I bring in other trusted professionals according to the scope and scale of each consultancy. I like small organisations coming together dynamically to scale, it's a great flexible model for the future.
I started Caution Your Blast in April 2010 to establish a business that could grow while:
- Valuing individuals and helping them to be the best they can be;
- Valuing diversity in information, in working, and in opinion;
- Valuing long term collaboration and partnerships.
