The Foreign & Commonwealth office has a critical role to play in the coming years of Brexit negotiations.  Diplomats and trade negotiators will be critical to the future of the UK. The FCO has committed to undertaking digital transformation of it’s internal services to move it’s people around the world as quickly and effectively as possible.  Transforming these internal services is fraught with complexity as security is at it’s highest possible level. There is a constant balance between the needs of the user and the needs of the security services. We worked in a range of roles within the FCO to ensure a high quality digital transformation, taking the project from post inception to Alpha. This included user research into the needs of staff, often undertaking a life changing process, development of a new digital service to GDS Service Standard assessment and writing a business case to ensure funding to keep the digital service alive.  All of this was delivered to the FCO in 10 weeks, as the timescales are pressing.  We are delighted to be able to provide our skills to such an important organisation at such and important time and with outstanding results.
