Give A Little needs a brilliant Product & Community Manager

Change the landscape of charity fundraising by taking Give A Little to the next level

Caution Your Blast Ltd (CYB) is a boutique digital practice focused on new technologies and new ways of working. We are a people-led company and a pre-existing team who loves working together. We care about wellbeing, being part of a team and creating environments where people can be proud of what they do.

We are looking for a passionate Product & Community Manager to join us at a pivotal time for the company. We believe that creating innovative, user-led digital solutions can improve the lives of both users and the organisations who serve them.

Instrumental to this is the ability to deliver on our vision by communicating and coordinating people and skills to lead the design and build of something great.

The new Product & Community Manager will be responsible for iteratively improving Give A Little, our charitable point of donation service, and products therein.

You’ll use your strong communication abilities to connect with and become known in the sector, and to support use of Give a Little, and you’ll enjoy using your problem-solving skills to marry the needs of donors and charities.

You’ll draw on the expertise of your colleagues across research, design, and engineering, in order to prioritise features and deliver experiences that delight users and raise the bar in the market.

From £40k to 50k based on experience.

  • proactively designed and delivered campaigns or initiatives that have fostered the emergence of a community around a product or service

  • honed a clear and welcoming communication style in order to convey messages, plans and ideas using a variety of techniques, including presentations, user journeys, infographics, and product roadmaps.

  • supported user research and market research activities to gather impactful insights and translated them into proposed next steps

  • worked with teams to cultivate a market presence that clearly communicates a product’s value and ambition

  • supported the development of low-fidelity concepts and high-fidelity designs that help teams create meaningful solutions for users

You as a person
