Caution Your Blast Ltd wants to find talented User Researchers to join us at an incredibly exciting time for the company. We’re passionate about creating innovative, user-led digital solutions that improve the lives of organisations and their users. Central to this is ethical user research to help us create evidenced based products and services that meet the needs of our users.


From £36k to 66k based on experience 

Your skills and experience 

We’re looking for skilled practitioners who have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver services. Specifically, we want someone who has:

  • used a range of research methods to uncover insights that help shape products

  • worked collaboratively to turn insights into useful artefacts for the team

  • influenced teams, non-digital colleagues and organisations to take on research findings 

  • recruited users through a range of activities

  • introduced and embedded User Centred Design methods to an organisation
