Who we are

As a co-owner of CYB and Director of Software Engineering, I manage strategy and delivery of CYB’s capabilities in digital technologies, ensuring we are abreast of technology choices, laws, cyber-security, and new ways of working. 

I myself am a highly experienced technical architect and full stack software developer with a track record of innovation, and in delivering efficient and effective software that meets user needs in a timely and cost-effective way. I have worked on and delivered innovative solutions across multiple sectors - government, finance, media and more.

My role includes being a mentor and coach of our growing talented engineering team, and I also work and collaborate on projects as and when my direct support can make a difference. 

As part of our mission at CYB to help organisations transition to digital I founded Give A Little®, the world’s first Point of Donation Platform. This is a technology service that supports charities handle the technology changes inherent with the move away from cash donations to digital payment methods, where donors are seeking to use payment cards, wallets, direct debit, bank-transfers etc.

We had identified that almost all charities would struggle to stay abreast of the technology required to support new and changing experiences for donors. This has since proven correct, and indeed became a life-line in the Covid-19 pandemic. From launching early in 2019, we have helped over 4,000 charities, from soup kitchens to national institutions, raise over £10M of revenues.
