Caution Your Blast Ltd (CYB) is delighted to have been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Digital Capability for Health 2 Framework. 

From 17th January 2025, NHS Digital and other public sector healthcare organisations will be able to access CYB for help in developing new digital services, as well as support for existing products and data management, in order to improve digital outcomes in the public health and care sector.  

The Digital Capability for Health 2 Framework was created by the CCS to help NHS Digital and public sector healthcare bodies provide taxpayer value for money by making large-scale procurement more efficient. The new Framework, replacing the inaugural Framework that began in January 2021, has a budget of £1.2b over the next 3 to 5 years. 

CYB has a proven track record of leading digital transformation in the UK Government, most recently as digital delivery partner of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office from 2020 to 2024. CYB was chosen for the new Framework on the basis of how it can support the public health and care sector with their application development and management service requirements. CYB joins just 22 companies on the Framework, including IBM, Ernst & Young, Thoughtworks, and Cognizant Technology Solutions. 

As per its terms, the benefits of the Framework are listed as:

• access to suppliers with the right capabilities and experience to meet your need

• supports further competition to make sure health and social care bodies are receiving value for money

• quality and price can be assessed based on individual customer’s need

• provides services in an agile way based on the Service Standard
