About the Head of People & Professions role
About the skills and mindset the Head of People & Professions will need to thrive
We’re looking for a skilled practitioner with relevant work experience and someone who has worked as part of a collaborative senior management team, but more specifically someone who has:
Strong strategic hands on operational skills and ability to deliver the vision for People & Professions
A high degree of knowledge and understanding of multiple areas of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Reward, as well as employment law generally
Knowledge and practical experience of implementing organisational development
Preferably Level [5/7] CIPD qualified
You’ll help us to do some of the following - and no doubt a lot of other things too:

build out transparent progression journeys at CYB
review the potential for an intern program
improve our resource planning

Online interview
