Kevin Cavanagh

Head of Business Development

As the Head of Business Development at Caution Your Blast, I lead our public sector mission to build impactful partnerships with central government departments. With over 25 years of experience in business development, I bring a deep understanding of public sector challenges and a proven track record of delivering innovative digital and AI solutions.

I'm also the author of Five Minute Mindshifts, a book that reflects my lifelong passion for mindset and personal development. I truly believe that how we perceive life impacts how we live it, and this philosophy aligns perfectly with Caution Your Blast’s mission to create meaningful change through technology.

Before joining Caution Your Blast, I was the Public Sector Lead at ANDigital, where I was accountable for complex digital programmes and helped government clients including DfE, Cabinet Office, Home Office, and numerous other departments navigate digital transformation. My experience in the public sector, combined with my strategic vision, helps ensure that we remain a relevant, trusted partner for government departments.

I’m passionate about leveraging emerging technology to empower public sector organisations and dedicated to helping our clients and colleagues unlock their full potential.
