Who we are

Through my work as a Service Designer in CYB’s Design Practice, and my wider career, I have supported the United Nations Populations Fund and MSD.

I’m a designer with experience across a range of clients, including start-ups, agencies, and corporations in the charity, SportTech and Pharmaceuticals sectors in addition to the public sector. My product design background allows me to approach work with a critical perspective to consider the ‘why’, usability and aesthetics respectively, while also utilising user research and understanding business constraints to deliver optimal solutions. I have strong skills in qualitative analysis, journey mapping, wireframing, usability testing, service design and designing in agile.

I joined CYB as the atmosphere felt very receptive and I wanted to work with people who value research, quality design and who are not afraid to say 'no' or disagree. I’ve worked on a number of different projects through my career including Marriage Affirmation, Lists Assistance, e-Consultations for Pregnant Women, MSD Connect Diabetes and MSD Diabetes Hub. One of my career highlights has been working on a pilot app that focused on providing e-consultations for pregnant women in Nicaragua.
