In my role as Operations Manager here at CYB, I am the first point of contact for onboarding new associates and employees which includes managing the vetting process from start to finish, and liaising with all relevant internal and external departments. Working within operations no day is the same, just the way I like it. My responsibilities vary from implementing efficient operational ways of working within, but not limited to, Data & GDPR management, HR, Recruitment and Financial matters and assisting in building a work culture that makes CYB a unique and inclusive place to work. Thanks to over 20 years of experience helping businesses in the private and public sector implement and manage operational systems I have gained excellent organisational agility. I love working with systems and people, always leading by example and striving for high quality.
