Who we are

I am Senior Charity Community Manager at Give A Little, CYB’s point of donation platform. I have worked within the charity sector for over 14 years with a range of well-known charities such as NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Support and Parkinson’s UK, as well as event companies such as London Marathon Events. I’ve worked as Senior Account Manager at Virgin Money Giving and as Head of Charity at Good Thyngs.

Between 2009 and 2021 with Virgin Money Giving being the official fundraising platform of the London Marathon, I was involved with supporting the charities, and working with LME (London Marathon Events) at launch events, charity training and partner meetings. I also Account Managed 5 London Marathon ‘charities of the year’ through their year-long partnerships, which included presenting fundraising advice to many hundreds of marathon runners over the years.

I designed, set up, wrote and presented a Virgin Money Giving Fundraising workshop that I took around the UK to places including London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh which was attended by over 800 charity staff – definitely a work highlight! 

I am so passionate about working with charities. I know how stretched and financially limited they can be, and I want to help make their jobs easier so they can spend more time building relationships with their supporters and ultimately carrying out what they were set up to do. In short, I want them to succeed! I joined CYB because they genuinely care. I love that Give A Little always considers what is best for everyone in everything they do - they care about doing the right thing, for the right reasons.
