Who we are

I am a User Researcher here at CYB. It’s my job to advocate for users, by understanding their challenges and needs, through a variety of research methods and articulate them to our multidisciplinary teams, so we create intuitive, frictionless services.

I started my career off as an engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, particularly looking into thermal control systems, this showed me the world of product development. After I moved to Capgemini Invent where I entered the realm of User Centred Design. Here, I developed my fundamental user research skills, by working on a disability grant with DWP, I facilitated volumes accessibility testing, this showed me how injust the digital world can be, and empowered me to always create accessible and inclusive services for all.

I then moved on to PA Consulting, where I worked with FCDO, NIHR and Building Safety Regulator on a variety of projects from guidance page updates, to fast paced alpha phases and enterprise level multi year digital transformation projects.

With having an engineering background and my experience with qual research I bring the skills to harmonise the qual and quant research and provide a holistic view of our users and their needs. User Research allows my inquisitive nature to be a keystone part of my day job. I love learning, problem solving and being surrounded by people. I’ve learnt from experience that I thrive in complexity and there’s nothing more satisfying than taking a spaghetti mess of a process and turning it into an intuitive, easy to use service.
